稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL21, a component of the ribosomal 60S subunit, plays a critical role in protein synthesis and has been implicated in various biological processes and diseases. The study of recombinant RPL21 proteins is particularly important for understanding ribosomal functions and their regulation in different cellular contexts. Due to its involvement in ribosome biogenesis and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis, alterations in RPL21 expression and function can lead to a range of disorders, including cancer and genetic syndromes. Recent research has focused on the structural and functional characterization of RPL21 to elucidate its role in ribosome assembly and its interactions with other ribosomal proteins and RNA. By producing recombinant RPL21, scientists can investigate its biochemical properties, explore its potential as a therapeutic target, and better understand the mechanisms underlying diseases associated with ribosomal dysfunction. Such studies not only deepen our knowledge of fundamental cellular processes but also pave the way for developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for diseases linked to ribosomal proteins like RPL21. Overall, the research surrounding recombinant RPL21 emphasizes its significance in molecular biology and its potential impact on health and disease.
