Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCT3, or chaperonin-containing TCP1 subunit 3, is a pivotal component of the Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) and is part of the CCT (chaperonin containing TCP1) complex, which plays a crucial role in protein folding and assembly. The study of CCT3 has gained attention due to its significant implications in various cellular processes, particularly in the correct folding of actin and tubulin, essential cytoskeletal proteins. Misfolding or dysfunction of these proteins can lead to severe consequences, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Additionally, CCT3 has been implicated in the regulation of cellular pathways that are essential for cell division and stress responses. Research in this area focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms by which CCT3 contributes to these processes, how its dysfunction can lead to pathological conditions, and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. Given the importance of protein homeostasis in health and disease, CCT3 research is crucial for developing future strategies aimed at combating diseases associated with protein misfolding and aggregation.
