Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL19, or ribosomal protein L19, is a significant component of the ribosomal machinery in eukaryotic cells, playing a crucial role in protein synthesis. RPL19 is known to be involved in the assembly and function of the ribosome, which is essential for translating messenger RNA (mRNA) into proteins. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of RPL19 in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and stress response. Abnormalities in RPL19 expression have been implicated in several diseases, particularly cancer, where altered ribosomal protein composition can lead to dysregulated protein synthesis and cellular proliferation. The recombinant expression of RPL19 allows researchers to produce this protein in significant quantities for in-depth studies, enabling the investigation of its structural and functional characteristics. This research is vital for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying ribosome assembly and function, and it can potentially lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting ribosomal dysregulation in diseases. By studying recombinant RPL19, scientists aim to uncover its role in ribosomal dynamics and its implications in the molecular pathology of diseases, thereby contributing to the broader field of ribosome biology and translational medicine.
