Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCRL1 (Chemokine C-C motif receptor-like 1) is a G protein-coupled receptor that has gained attention in immunology and cancer research due to its unique expression pattern and potential functions in regulating immune responses. Initially identified as a receptor for various chemokines, CCRL1 is involved in modulating the migration and activation of immune cells, particularly in inflammatory and lymphoid tissues. Its role in the immune system is further highlighted by its interaction with various ligands that influence both innate and adaptive immunity. Recent studies have suggested that CCRL1 may play a significant role in tumor microenvironments, affecting the infiltration of immune cells and thereby influencing cancer progression. The recombinant protein of CCRL1 enables researchers to better understand its structure-function relationships and provides a tool for investigating its role in cellular signaling pathways. This research is pivotal for elucidating the therapeutic potential of CCRL1 in immune-related disorders and cancer, paving the way for the development of novel immunotherapies targeting CCRL1 to enhance anti-tumor immunity and improve clinical outcomes. Thus, the functional characterization of CCRL1 and the generation of its recombinant protein form are essential steps in uncovering its biological significance and potential applications in biomedicine.
