稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BLLF1 is a novel recombinant protein derived from the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), which is known for its role in various malignancies, including lymphomas and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Research into BLLF1 is motivated by the need to understand its function in viral latency and reactivation, as well as its potential as a therapeutic target. Preliminary studies suggest that BLLF1 plays a critical role in immune evasion mechanisms employed by EBV, enabling the virus to persist within host cells undetected by the immune system. Moreover, exploring the immunogenic properties of BLLF1 can provide insights into its utility in vaccine development and immunotherapy approaches against EBV-related cancers. The recombinant production of BLLF1 allows for detailed investigation of its biological activities, cellular interactions, and potential as a biomarker for EBV-associated diseases. Overall, understanding BLLF1's structure, function, and implications for EBV pathogenesis could pave the way for novel clinical applications in the management and treatment of EBV-related diseases.
