Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF127 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and DNA repair. Research has shown that RNF127 can influence the stability and activity of key signaling molecules, which may have implications for cancer progression and other diseases. Disruption of RNF127 function has been linked to the dysregulation of oncogenic pathways, making it a subject of interest for therapeutic targeting. Furthermore, studies have indicated that RNF127 might interact with various protein partners, suggesting its involvement in diverse biological processes. The recombinant expression of RNF127 protein allows for in-depth functional studies, which can elucidate its specific roles in ubiquitination and cellular signaling pathways. Understanding the mechanisms underlying RNF127's activity may pave the way for novel strategies in cancer treatment, as well as enhance our comprehension of the ubiquitin-proteasome system in health and disease. Overall, the exploration of RNF127 as a recombinant protein represents a significant step toward unraveling its functionalities and therapeutic potential in molecular biology and oncology.
