稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCDC38, or coiled-coil domain containing 38, is a protein that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in important cellular processes, including cell division and ciliary function. Research has indicated that CCDC38 may play a crucial role in the regulation of cilia, which are essential for cellular signaling and movement. Mutations or dysregulation of CCDC38 have been associated with various developmental disorders and diseases, making it a compelling target for further investigation. The production of recombinant CCDC38 protein allows researchers to explore its structural characteristics, interactions with other proteins, and downstream effects in cellular pathways. By studying this protein in detail, scientists aim to elucidate its functional mechanisms and its implications in human health and disease. Understanding CCDC38's role at the molecular level could pave the way for developing novel therapeutic strategies for conditions linked to ciliary dysfunction and related pathologies. Furthermore, the ability to generate and manipulate recombinant CCDC38 would facilitate high-throughput screenings for small molecules that can modulate its activity, thereby expanding our knowledge of ciliary biology and its associated disorders.
