Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCDC142, short for "Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 142," has emerged as a protein of interest in various fields of biomedical research due to its potential role in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Identified through genomic studies, CCDC142 is thought to be involved in cellular signaling and the structural organization of cells, as indicated by its coiled-coil domain, which is known to mediate protein-protein interactions. Investigations into the protein's expression patterns have suggested a significant involvement in development and differentiation processes, hinting at its importance in tissue homeostasis. Additionally, alterations in the expression or function of CCDC142 have been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurological disorders, prompting further exploration into its molecular mechanisms. Understanding the functional roles and regulatory pathways of CCDC142 could provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. Consequently, research efforts focus on the expression, structural characterization, and functional studies of recombinant CCDC142 protein to elucidate its biological significance and therapeutic potential. The continued investigation of this protein could pave the way for novel diagnostic and treatment strategies in diseases where CCDC142 expression is dysregulated.
