Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TLF1, or T-cell lymphotropic factor 1, is a recombinant protein that has garnered significant attention in immunology and cancer research due to its role in modulating immune responses. Initially discovered for its ability to enhance T-cell proliferation and differentiation, TLF1 plays a critical role in promoting adaptive immunity and establishing immune memory. Its structure is characterized by specific domains that interact with various immune cells, making it a pivotal factor in the regulation of immune homeostasis. Recent studies have focused on the therapeutic potential of TLF1 in addressing immune-related disorders and enhancing anti-tumor immunity. By engineering TLF1 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to optimize its production, increase its bioavailability, and enhance its immunogenic properties. This has opened new avenues for designing vaccines and immunotherapies that leverage TLF1 to boost the immune response against cancers and chronic infections. Additionally, understanding the molecular mechanisms through which TLF1 operates can provide insights into immune regulation and potential pathways for intervention in autoimmune diseases. As a result, TLF1 is emerging as a promising candidate for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at harnessing the immune system to combat various diseases.
