Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RhoJ, a member of the Rho GTPase family, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its critical role in regulating various cellular processes, including cell migration, differentiation, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research has shown that RhoJ is particularly important in the development and function of the cardiovascular system, as well as in cancer progression, making it a potential therapeutic target. Its unique expression pattern in different tissues suggests that RhoJ may have distinct functional roles depending on the cellular context. Studies utilizing recombinant RhoJ proteins have been pivotal in elucidating its mechanisms of action, revealing how it interacts with downstream effectors and participates in signaling pathways. Additionally, the characterization of RhoJ’s structural properties through techniques like X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy has provided insights into its conformational changes and interaction potential with other proteins. Understanding the dynamics of RhoJ is crucial for the development of specific inhibitors or modulators that could aid in treating diseases linked to RhoJ dysregulation. Overall, the research on recombinant RhoJ proteins not only enhances our knowledge of Rho GTPases but also opens avenues for innovative therapeutic strategies against cardiovascular diseases and cancers characterized by abnormal cell behavior.
