Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CBL (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma) proteins are a family of E3 ubiquitin ligases that play crucial roles in regulating various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. These proteins are particularly important in immune system signaling, where they function as negative regulators of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) and immune receptors, thereby modulating signaling pathways that lead to cellular responses. Dysregulation of CBL proteins is associated with a range of diseases, including cancers and autoimmune disorders, highlighting their significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. CBL proteins are implicated in the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins, thereby shaping the signaling landscape within immune cells. Given their vital roles, the study of CBL recombinant proteins has gained momentum as researchers seek to elucidate the mechanisms underlying their regulatory functions and their potential as therapeutic targets. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of CBL proteins in sufficient quantities for biochemical and structural studies, facilitating detailed investigations into their interactions with substrates and other signaling molecules. By understanding the structural basis of CBL function and modulation, researchers aim to develop novel strategies to manipulate these pathways for therapeutic benefit, particularly in cancer treatment and immune modulation. Consequently, the study of CBL recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for innovative clinical applications.
