Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PGC (Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Gamma Coactivator) recombinant proteins have gained significant attention in the field of cellular biology and metabolic research due to their critical role in regulating energy metabolism and mitochondrial biogenesis. PGC proteins, particularly PGC-1α, are known as key transcriptional coactivators that interact with various nuclear receptors and transcription factors, modulating gene expression involved in glucose and lipid metabolism. Their involvement in brown adipogenesis and muscle fiber type specification highlights their potential impact on obesity, insulin sensitivity, and cardiovascular health. Recent studies have focused on the development of recombinant PGC proteins to explore their mechanisms of action and therapeutic applications. By using techniques such as recombinant DNA technology and protein engineering, researchers aim to produce functional PGC proteins that can be used in in vitro and in vivo studies. These studies not only enhance our understanding of PGC's biological functions but also pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting metabolic disorders. The ongoing research surrounding PGC recombinant proteins continues to unravel their intricate roles in metabolic regulation, making them a promising subject for future studies aimed at combating metabolic diseases such as diabetes and obesity.
