Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CARHSP1 (cancer associated RNA helicase with a serine-rich domain 1) is a protein that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in cancer biology and RNA metabolic processes. As an RNA-binding protein, CARHSP1 is implicated in the regulation of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level, influencing mRNA stability, translation, and localization. Research has shown that CARHSP1 is overexpressed in various cancer types, suggesting it may contribute to tumorigenesis and cancer progression. This makes it an intriguing target for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer development and for exploring therapeutic avenues. Scientists have increasingly focused on producing recombinant CARHSP1 to study its structure-function relationships and interactions with RNA and other proteins. Understanding the biochemical properties of CARHSP1 through recombinant technology allows for the elucidation of its role in cellular processes, potentially identifying novel biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and targets for therapeutic intervention. The study of CARHSP1 not only provides insights into the pathological features associated with cancer but also enhances our knowledge of RNA biology, which is fundamental to many cellular functions. As research progresses, the development of CARHSP1 as a tool for therapeutic strategies could lead to significant advancements in cancer treatment.
