Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CARD6 (Caspase Activation and Recruitment Domain Protein 6) is a critical protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in immune responses and inflammation. Recent studies have highlighted its role in regulating the activation of NF-κB, a key transcription factor that controls gene expression related to immune responses and apoptosis. Dysregulation of CARD6 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, making it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions. Research efforts have focused on the recombinant production of CARD6 to better understand its structure-function relationships and to explore its potential as a biomarker or drug target. By leveraging advances in protein engineering, scientists aim to produce high-yield, functional CARD6 proteins that can be used in structural studies, biochemical assays, and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding CARD6's mechanistic pathways may provide insights into novel treatment strategies for conditions associated with immune dysregulation, thus underscoring the significance of ongoing research in this area.
