Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CAPZA3, a member of the CapZ protein family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of actin filament dynamics, which is vital for various cellular processes such as motility, shape maintenance, and cell division. The CAPZA proteins are actin-capping proteins that bind to the barbed ends of actin filaments, preventing further polymerization and thus regulating the filament's growth and stability. Recent studies have indicated that CAPZA3, in particular, may be involved in critical cellular functions and signaling pathways, making it an important focus of research in cell biology and cancer studies. Its dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer metastasis and progression, where altered actin dynamics contribute to increased cellular motility and invasion. Understanding the structure and function of CAPZA3 through recombinant protein studies could provide insights into its role in these pathological processes. Furthermore, elucidating the molecular mechanisms governing CAPZA3's interactions with actin and other cellular components might reveal potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with aberrant actin regulation. Given the significance of actin dynamics in diverse biological processes, CAPZA3 remains a pertinent subject of investigation in the context of cytoskeletal regulation and its implications in health and disease.
