Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RFX4 (Regulatory Factor X4) is a member of the RFX family of transcription factors, which are crucial in regulating gene expression involved in MHC (Major Histocompatibility Complex) class II antigen presentation. The study of RFX4 is significant due to its role in immune responses and its implications in autoimmune diseases and malignancies. Research has shown that RFX4 not only acts as a transcriptional activator for MHC class II genes but also plays roles in other cellular processes, including cell differentiation and development. Moreover, mutations or dysregulation of RFX4 can lead to severe immune deficiencies and contribute to the pathogenesis of various diseases. The recombinant expression of RFX4 provides a valuable tool for elucidating its function at the molecular level, allowing researchers to explore its interactions with other proteins, its effect on gene regulation, and its potential therapeutic applications. As more is understood about RFX4's mechanisms of action and its contributions to human health and disease, this protein may serve as a target for innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating the immune response.
