Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
REXO1L1 (RNA exonuclease 1 homolog 1) plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism, particularly in the processing and degradation of RNA molecules, which is vital for gene expression regulation and RNA quality control. Its involvement in the RNA decay pathways highlights its potential significance in various biological processes, including development and differentiation. Research into REXO1L1 has gained momentum due to its implications in cellular responses to stress and its possible associations with diseases, including cancers and genetic disorders. The study of recombinant REXO1L1 proteins aims to elucidate the enzyme's biochemical properties, substrate specificity, and interaction with other cellular components. Understanding the functional mechanisms of REXO1L1 at the molecular level can provide insights into its role in RNA metabolism and disease pathology. Furthermore, the development of recombinant proteins allows for detailed kinetic studies and structural analyses, facilitating the identification of potential therapeutic targets. Consequently, REXO1L1 represents a promising candidate for further investigation in the context of RNA biology and therapeutic development.
