Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FZD6, or Frizzled Class Receptor 6, is a member of the Frizzled family of G-protein-coupled receptors that play a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and embryonic development. The dysregulation of Wnt signaling has been implicated in several diseases, particularly cancer. Research into FZD6 has gained attention due to its potential as a therapeutic target, as well as its involvement in stem cell regulation and tissue homeostasis. Recombinant FZD6 proteins are being studied to elucidate their structure-function relationships and to better understand how they interact with Wnt ligands and other signaling molecules. The production of FZD6 recombinant proteins facilitates the exploration of its role in cellular signaling, providing insights into the mechanisms of Wnt-related diseases and aiding in the identification of novel drug candidates. Furthermore, understanding the molecular characteristics and binding properties of FZD6 can enhance our knowledge of its involvement in developmental processes and tumorigenesis, thus paving the way for the development of targeted therapies aimed at modulating the Wnt pathway in various pathologies.
