Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
REPS2 (Regulator of G-Protein Signaling 2) is a member of the REPS family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction and endocytosis. Research on REPS2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in modulating G-protein signaling pathways, which are integral to many physiological functions. Dysregulation of these pathways can lead to several diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of REPS2 in regulating the recycling and degradation of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, REPS2 is implicated in the endosomal trafficking of signaling molecules, thereby influencing cellular responses to extracellular stimuli. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing REPS2's function and its interactions with various signaling partners could provide valuable insights into the intricate network of intracellular signaling. This knowledge may ultimately lead to the development of novel strategies for treating disorders linked to G-protein signaling dysregulation, underscoring the significance of REPS2 as a subject of ongoing scientific inquiry.
