Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
REPS1 (Ras-related protein enriched in brain 1) is a member of the Ras superfamily of GTPases and has garnered attention due to its critical role in various cellular processes, including vesicle trafficking and signal transduction. Research shows that REPS1 is involved in the regulation of intracellular signaling pathways, particularly those linked to neuronal growth and synaptic plasticity. Dysregulation of REPS1 has been implicated in several neurodegenerative diseases and cognitive disorders, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of REPS1 recombinant proteins facilitates the understanding of its functional mechanisms at a molecular level, allowing researchers to investigate how alterations in REPS1 activity impact cellular behavior. Furthermore, by producing and characterizing REPS1 as a recombinant protein, scientists can explore its interaction with other proteins and pathways, paving the way for novel insights into its role in health and disease. The ongoing exploration of REPS1 not only contributes to our knowledge of cellular dynamics but also raises prospects for innovative treatments aimed at restoring normal function in pathological conditions where REPS1 is disrupted.
