稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SRPK1 (Serine/Arginine-Protein Kinase 1) is a crucial kinase involved in the regulation of splicing factors, specifically through phosphorylation of serine/arginine-rich proteins. This enzyme plays a pivotal role in the splicing process of pre-mRNA, influencing gene expression and mRNA maturation. Research on SRPK1 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various biological processes and its potential implications in diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Overexpression or dysregulation of SRPK1 has been linked to tumor progression and poor prognosis in several cancer types, suggesting that it may function as an oncoprotein. Additionally, studies indicate that SRPK1 is integral to cellular signaling pathways and may affect subcellular localization and function of splicing factors. Characterizing SRPK1 through recombinant protein studies has allowed for the elucidation of its biochemical properties, substrate specificity, and regulatory mechanisms. This knowledge can not only enhance our understanding of gene regulation but may also provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies targeting SRPK1 in various diseases. Overall, research into SRPK1 and its recombinant protein forms continues to unravel its complex roles in cellular processes and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in disease states.
