稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RCOR1 (Repressor of E1A-Stimulated Genes 1) is a crucial protein in the regulation of gene expression and cellular processes. It is part of the RCOR (Repressor of CtBP) family, which plays a significant role in transcriptional repression and chromatin remodeling. Research on RCOR1 has garnered attention due to its involvement in various cellular functions, including development, differentiation, and response to stress. Emerging studies suggest that RCOR1 is implicated in several diseases, particularly in cancers where its expression levels are altered, affecting tumor progression and metastasis. Its ability to interact with key transcription factors and co-repressors positions RCOR1 as a potential therapeutic target. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing RCOR1 function may provide insights into novel treatments for conditions linked to its dysregulation. Additionally, the development of recombinant RCOR1 protein and its derivatives has enabled researchers to dissect its functional properties and interactions within cellular pathways, paving the way for advances in biotechnology and biomedical applications. Overall, the study of RCOR1 is critical for unraveling the complexities of gene regulation and its implications in health and disease.
