Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RBM19 (RNA Binding Motif Protein 19) is a key protein involved in the regulation of gene expression and RNA metabolism. It has been implicated in various cellular processes, including splicing, cell differentiation, and response to cellular stress. Research has shown that RBM19 plays a critical role in the spliceosome assembly, influencing alternative splicing mechanisms that are essential for the generation of protein diversity. Additionally, mutations or dysregulation of RBM19 have been associated with several diseases, including certain types of cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a significant target for biomedical research. The study of recombinant RBM19 proteins enables researchers to investigate the molecular interactions and functional properties of this protein in detail, providing insights into its role in cellular pathways and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the structure-function relationship of RBM19 can aid in elucidating its contribution to pathologies and in the development of strategies for intervention in diseases linked to RNA processing abnormalities. Thus, the exploration of RBM19 recombinant proteins is crucial for advancing our knowledge of RNA biology and the development of targeted therapies.
