稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-DMA recombinantly expressed protein plays a crucial role in the immune system by influencing major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II antigen presentation. MHC class II molecules are essential for presenting extracellular antigens to CD4+ T cells, a vital step in initiating adaptive immune responses. The HLA-DM protein acts as a chaperone, facilitating the exchange of peptide ligands in the MHC class II binding groove, which is essential for the stability and functional competency of these molecules. Dysfunction or aberrations in the expression of HLA-DM can lead to various autoimmune diseases and impact vaccine efficacy. Additionally, understanding the structure and function of HLA-DMA can provide insights into T cell activation and immune tolerance mechanisms. Research into recombinant HLA-DMA production enables the study of its biochemical properties and functional roles in a controlled environment. This area of study holds the potential for novel therapeutic approaches in managing immune-related disorders and enhancing vaccine strategies. By constructing and studying recombinant HLA-DMA, scientists can decipher the intricate dynamics of antigen presentation and explore its implications in health and disease, emphasizing the need for further investigation into its role in immune regulation.
