  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

RASL10B is a member of the RAS superfamily of GTPases, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have indicated that RASL10B is involved in cellular signaling pathways linked to cancer progression and immune responses, positioning it as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The protein's structure, which includes distinctive domains that facilitate GTP binding and hydrolysis, underscores its functional similarities and differences compared to other RAS family members. Research has focused on elucidating the biochemical properties of RASL10B, including its GTPase activity, interaction with downstream effectors, and its role in oncogenic signaling. Given the increasing recognition of its significance in tumor biology, recombinant RASL10B proteins have been developed for functional assays and potential drug screening. This work aims to better understand how RASL10B contributes to disease mechanisms and to explore its therapeutic potential in targeting specific cancer pathways. Overall, the study of RASL10B recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our knowledge of RAS-related signaling and developing novel strategies for cancer treatment.
