稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RASIP1 (Ras interacting protein 1) is a crucial regulatory protein implicated in various cellular processes, including angiogenesis, endothelial cell dynamics, and vascular stability. It serves as a scaffold for signaling pathways involving RAS proteins, which are vital for cell proliferation and survival. Recent studies have highlighted RASIP1's role in the formation of blood vessels and its influence on endothelial barrier function. Abnormalities in RASIP1 expression or function have been associated with several pathologies, including cancer metastasis and cardiovascular diseases, making it a potential target for therapeutic strategies. Given its importance in vascular biology, the recombinant expression and purification of RASIP1 are vital for detailed functional studies and structural characterizations. Such efforts enable the exploration of its interactions with various binding partners and its role in signaling networks. Understanding the mechanisms regulated by RASIP1 could provide insights into its contributions to disease processes and aid in the development of innovative interventions aimed at modulating its activity in pathological conditions.
