稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AACS (Acetyl-CoA Acyltransferase) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism, particularly in the regulation of fatty acid and cholesterol biosynthesis. In recent years, there has been growing interest in understanding the structure and function of AACS, as it is implicated in various metabolic disorders, including obesity and diabetes. Research has shown that AACS is involved in the transfer of acyl groups from acyl-CoA to other substrates, contributing to the formation of ketone bodies and affecting energy homeostasis. Furthermore, the dysregulation of AACS activity has been linked to the development of cardiovascular diseases and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Scientists are focusing on the recombination and characterization of AACS proteins to elucidate their enzymatic mechanisms, substrate specificity, and regulatory pathways. This knowledge could pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting AACS in metabolic diseases. Recombinant AACS proteins provide a powerful tool for biochemical assays and drug screening, enabling researchers to explore its potential as a target for intervention in metabolic syndromes. Understanding AACS at the molecular level may enhance our comprehension of lipid metabolism and its implications for human health.
