Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C8orf44, also known as "chromosome 8 open reading frame 44," is a protein coding gene that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Initial studies suggest that C8orf44 may be involved in cellular functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, making it a relevant target for understanding cancer biology and other disorders. Its expression profiles have been observed in various tissues, indicating potential tissue-specific functions. Moreover, aberrant expression of C8orf44 has been linked to several pathological conditions, which underscores the importance of characterizing this protein. Research has focused on the recombinant production of C8orf44 to facilitate detailed functional analysis and structural studies. By producing recombinant C8orf44, scientists aim to elucidate its biochemical properties, interaction partners, and signaling pathways, which could lead to novel therapeutic strategies. Understanding the full scope of C8orf44’s role in health and disease will contribute to the broader field of molecular biology and translational medicine, providing insights into how similar proteins may function in the context of complex molecular networks. As such, the study of C8orf44 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological mechanisms but also holds promise for developing innovative approaches to treat diseases associated with its dysregulation.
