Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RASGRP4 is a member of the RAS guanyl-releasing protein family, which plays a critical role in the regulation of RAS signaling pathways, crucial for cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Unlike its relatives, RASGRP4 is characterized by a distinct expression pattern, primarily in immune cells, particularly in T and B lymphocytes. Its involvement in promoting RAS activation through the exchange of GDP for GTP on RAS proteins positions RASGRP4 as a significant player in immune responses. Recent studies have illuminated its potential implications in various pathologies, such as autoimmune diseases and cancers, where aberrant RAS signaling is often observed. Furthermore, understanding the mechanistic role of RASGRP4 in immune cell function could provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies targeting RAS-related pathways. This research is particularly timely, as the immune system's intricate signaling networks continue to be explored for their promise in advancing immunotherapies and improving clinical outcomes in malignancies. Thus, investigating the recombinant RASGRP4 protein not only enhances our understanding of its biological function but also illustrates its potential as a target for innovative treatments in immune and cancer-related disorders.
