Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRKD3, or Protein Kinase D3, is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. It is a member of the protein kinase D family, which is known to be involved in the regulation of inflammatory responses and cellular signaling pathways. Research on PRKD3 has gained traction due to its potential implications in cancer biology, as its dysregulation is associated with tumorigenesis and metastasis. Additionally, PRKD3 has been identified as a key player in the response to various extracellular signals, such as growth factors and hormones, thereby influencing critical pathways like the NF-κB and MAPK signaling cascades. Understanding the structure and function of PRKD3 is essential for elucidating its biological roles and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of PRKD3 in a laboratory setting, facilitating detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses. These studies aim to uncover the specific mechanisms by which PRKD3 contributes to cellular functions and its interactions with other signaling molecules. As researchers continue to investigate the therapeutic potential of targeting PRKD3 in various diseases, including cancer and inflammatory disorders, the insights gained from these studies may pave the way for novel treatment strategies. Overall, the study of PRKD3 recombinant protein encompasses a significant area of research with the promise of advancing our understanding of cellular signaling and disease pathology.
