Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BETVII proteins, part of the bromodomain and extraterminal (BET) family, play a critical role in regulating gene expression by interacting with acetylated lysines on histones and non-histone proteins. These proteins have garnered significant interest in recent years due to their involvement in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival, making them potential therapeutic targets in diseases such as cancer and inflammation. The study of BETVII proteins has revealed their unique structural features and functional implications, particularly in the context of epigenetic regulation. Researchers are increasingly focused on understanding the mechanistic pathways through which BETVII influences transcriptional regulation, as well as developing small-molecule inhibitors that can disrupt their interactions and mitigate disease progression. Ongoing research aims to elucidate the specific roles of BETVII in cellular contexts and explore its potential as a biomarker for disease states, thereby highlighting the importance of these proteins in both basic biology and clinical applications.
