Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1orf48, also known as Chromosome 1 Open Reading Frame 48, is a gene located on chromosome 1 that has recently garnered attention in biomedical research due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and diseases. Initial studies suggest that C1orf48 may be involved in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, which are critical in understanding tumorigenesis. The protein's exact function remains largely elusive, prompting researchers to investigate its expression patterns and molecular interactions. Early findings indicate that C1orf48 may be implicated in pathways related to cancer and other metabolic disorders, highlighting the need for detailed biochemical characterization. Recombination techniques have been employed to produce C1orf48 recombinant proteins, allowing scientists to explore its structural properties and functions in vitro. These studies are crucial for elucidating the protein's role in cellular mechanisms and its potential as a therapeutic target. The ongoing research aims to define the biological significance of C1orf48, paving the way for novel insights into its contribution to health and disease. Overall, the study of C1orf48 recombinant proteins represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of complex biological systems and developing targeted interventions in related pathologies.
