Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAC2, a member of the Rho family of GTPases, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell migration, proliferation, and immune responses. Understanding RAC2's function is particularly important in the context of hematopoietic cells, where it is implicated in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics and cell signaling pathways that are vital for immune cell function. Mutations or dysregulation of RAC2 have been associated with immunodeficiencies and various hematological disorders. Research on RAC2 recombinant proteins has emerged as a pivotal area of study to elucidate its structural characteristics and functional mechanisms. By generating and characterizing recombinant RAC2 proteins, scientists aim to investigate how specific domains of the protein contribute to its activity and interaction with downstream effectors. Additionally, studying RAC2 in a controlled environment allows researchers to explore its role in pathological conditions, including leukemia and autoimmune diseases. Identifying small molecules or peptides that can modulate RAC2 activity could provide therapeutic avenues for targeting its dysregulation. Overall, the study of RAC2 recombinant proteins is essential for a deeper understanding of its biological significance and potential clinical applications, particularly in enhancing immunological responses or developing novel treatments for cancers and other immune-related diseases.
