Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RABGEF1, a member of the RAB guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) family, has garnered increasing interest in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes such as vesicle trafficking, cellular signaling, and organelle dynamics. This protein exerts its function by facilitating the activation of RAB GTPases, which are crucial regulators of intracellular transport pathways. The dysregulation of RAB GTPases and their associated exchange factors has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research into RABGEF1 has highlighted its involvement in the regulation of key cellular functions, suggesting that it may serve as a novel therapeutic target. Moreover, the study of its recombinant form (RABGEF1 recombinant protein) is essential for elucidating its biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular components, and contributions to disease mechanisms. This research is pivotal for understanding the fundamental biology of RABGEF1 and for developing potential interventions based on its molecular functions. As such, RABGEF1 represents a promising subject for future investigations aimed at unveiling the complexities of intracellular signaling and transport.
