Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, has gained significant attention in the field of pharmaceutical research due to its ability to effectively suppress gastric acid secretion, making it pivotal in treating various gastrointestinal disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers. The recombinant protein form of Rabeprazole, often referred to as RABEPK, has emerged as an important focus of study due to its potential therapeutic applications. The need for enhanced bioavailability and targeted delivery systems has driven research into the recombinant synthesis of this protein, which aims to optimize its pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties. Moreover, RABEPK research has expanded beyond traditional roles, exploring its interactions at the molecular level, which may unveil novel mechanisms of action and additional therapeutic uses. The exploration of RABEPK also addresses challenges related to drug resistance and provides insights into the structural biology of proton pumps, aiding the development of more effective inhibitors. Overall, the study of RABEPK reflects the broader trend in biopharmaceutical research towards the design and production of recombinant proteins that can provide improved clinical outcomes and advance the treatment of acid-related diseases.
