Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB3IP, a member of the RAB protein family, plays a crucial role in intracellular vesicle trafficking and membrane dynamics. With its involvement in the regulation of exocytosis and endocytosis, RAB3IP is implicated in various cellular processes, including neurotransmitter release and insulin secretion. Dysregulation of RAB3IP has been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role as a biomarker for certain cancers and its contribution to the pathophysiology of diseases such as Alzheimer’s, where it may influence synaptic function and neuronal survival. Given its pivotal functions, RAB3IP has attracted considerable research interest, focusing on understanding its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other proteins within the RAB family. The reconstitution of RAB3IP as a recombinant protein offers a valuable tool for evaluating its functional properties, determining its biochemical pathways, and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. Research in this area aims to elucidate how RAB3IP affects cellular signaling and organelle communication, thereby providing insights into both normal physiological processes and disease mechanisms. Understanding RAB3IP's role could lead to novel therapeutic strategies that target vesicular trafficking pathways to ameliorate diseases associated with its dysfunction.
