Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBB2A, or Tubulin Beta 2A, is a member of the tubulin family, which plays a crucial role in the cytoskeletal structure and function of eukaryotic cells. As a key component of microtubules, TUBB2A is involved in various cellular processes, including cell division, intracellular transport, and maintenance of cell shape. Its proper functioning is essential for neuronal development and has been implicated in neurodevelopmental disorders. Abnormalities in TUBB2A expression or mutations can lead to severe conditions, such as malformations and cognitive impairments, highlighting its significance in the central nervous system. The study of recombinant TUBB2A proteins has gained attention as they provide valuable insights into its structural and functional properties. By producing and characterizing TUBB2A in a controlled environment, researchers can investigate its interactions with other cellular components, elucidate its role in microtubule dynamics, and explore potential therapeutic targets for diseases linked to tubulin dysfunction. The advancement of recombinant protein technology has enabled a deeper understanding of TUBB2A's mechanisms, paving the way for novel approaches in treating related disorders and enhancing our understanding of cellular biology.
