Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB3IL1 (RAB3A interacting protein 1) is a member of the RAB protein family, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of intracellular trafficking and exocytosis. This protein has garnered attention in recent years due to its involvement in various cellular processes, such as neurotransmitter release and synaptic function. Abnormalities in RAB3IL1 expression have been linked to several neurological disorders, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Research has shown that RAB3IL1 interacts with RAB3A, influencing synaptic vesicle dynamics, thereby modulating neuronal communication. Understanding the structure and function of RAB3IL1 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its role in pathophysiological conditions. Moreover, the recombinant expression of RAB3IL1 allows for in vitro studies to explore its interaction with other proteins and its influence on cellular pathways. Such investigations are crucial for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying its function and the potential implications in disease states. As the understanding of RAB3IL1 continues to evolve, ongoing research aims to decode its complex biological roles and interaction networks, which may offer new avenues for therapeutic interventions in neurological diseases.
