Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SUPT3H, a protein associated with RNA processing and transcriptional regulation, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its pivotal role in cellular functions and potential implications in various diseases, including cancer. It is a member of the SUPT3 family, known for its involvement in the RNA polymerase II transcriptional machinery and mRNA splicing processes. Studies have indicated that SUPT3H may interact with several key proteins involved in the regulation of gene expression, suggesting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Additionally, aberrations in SUPT3H expression have been linked to tumorigenesis and poor prognosis in various cancers, highlighting the necessity of understanding its functional mechanisms. Researchers have focused on characterizing the biochemical properties of SUPT3H, exploring its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker. Recombinant protein studies have enabled detailed examination of SUPT3H's structure-function relationships, facilitating insights into its interaction networks and regulatory pathways. Moreover, elucidating the role of SUPT3H in different cellular contexts may provide novel strategies for cancer treatment and elucidate the complexities of gene regulation. As a result, the study of SUPT3H and its recombinant forms is critical for advancing our understanding of molecular biology and cancer therapeutics.
