Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTPDC1 (Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Domain Containing 1) is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, which plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by regulating phosphorylation states of proteins. Dysregulation of PTPs is linked to various diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders. The study of PTPDC1 has gained attention due to its potential involvement in key biological processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Previous research indicates that PTPDC1 may have a role in the development of certain cancers, suggesting that it could be a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of PTPDC1 allows for detailed analysis of its enzymatic activity and biological functions. By producing this protein in a controlled environment, researchers can investigate its structural properties, substrate specificity, and interactions with other proteins. Understanding the functional mechanisms of PTPDC1 may provide insights into its role in disease and identify novel strategies for intervention. As research continues to unveil the intricate pathways influenced by PTPDC1, the development of recombinant protein tools will aid in elucidating its physiological relevance and therapeutic potential.
