稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTOV1 (Prostate Tumor Overexpressed 1) is a protein that has garnered significant interest in cancer research, particularly in the context of prostate cancer. It is often found to be overexpressed in prostate tumor tissues, suggesting a potential role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Researchers have been investigating the molecular function of PTOV1, as its overexpression is associated with aggressive tumor characteristics and poor patient prognosis. The protein is thought to participate in critical cellular processes such as proliferation, apoptosis, and metastasis, making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and a target for therapeutic intervention. Studies have shown that the regulation of PTOV1 expression may influence cancer cell behavior, further highlighting its significance in oncological research. Furthermore, the exploration of PTOV1 as a reprogrammed protein could pave the way for the development of new treatment strategies that aim to inhibit its function, thereby hindering tumor growth and improving treatment outcomes for patients with prostate cancer. Overall, the ongoing research into PTOV1 is crucial for understanding its role in cancer biology and its potential implications for developing targeted therapies.
