稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MOB1A, a key regulator in the Hippo signaling pathway, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its critical role in cellular processes such as proliferation, apoptosis, and organ size control. The Hippo pathway is crucial for maintaining tissue homeostasis and preventing tumorigenesis, with MOB1A functioning as a coactivator for the Large Tumor Suppressor (LATS) kinases. Dysregulation of this pathway, including aberrations in MOB1A, is implicated in various cancers, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Research involving recombinant MOB1A protein has enabled scientists to better understand its structural and functional properties, paving the way for potential applications in cancer treatment and regenerative medicine. Furthermore, studies utilizing MOB1A recombinantly expressed in different systems have shed light on its interactions with upstream regulators and downstream effectors, aiding in the elucidation of the complex signaling networks involved in cell growth and development. This growing body of work underscores the importance of MOB1A in cell biology and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in oncology.
