Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRPSAP1 (Phosphoribosyl Pyrophosphate Synthetase-Associated Protein 1) is a critical player in purine metabolism and nucleotide synthesis, functioning as an essential regulatory component of the PRPP synthetase enzyme complex. The importance of PRPSAP1 has been highlighted by its involvement in various biochemical pathways that are fundamental for cellular function and energy metabolism. Dysregulation or mutations in the PRPSAP1 gene have been linked to several pathological conditions, including genetic disorders affecting nucleotide metabolism, which can lead to symptoms such as neurological anomalies and immune deficiencies. Understanding the structure and function of PRPSAP1 through recombinant protein studies is vital for elucidating its role in health and disease. Research on PRPSAP1 recombinant protein focuses on characterizing its biochemical properties, exploring its interactions with other proteins, and investigating its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, the ability to produce PRPSAP1 in a recombinant form facilitates the development of assays for drug screening and the investigation of novel therapeutic approaches aimed at rectifying the metabolic imbalances associated with PRPSAP1 dysfunction. This line of research holds promise for advancing our understanding of nucleotide metabolism disorders and developing targeted treatments. Overall, the study of PRPSAP1 recombinant protein serves as a crucial foundation for both basic science and clinical applications in the field of biochemistry and molecular medicine.
