Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SERPINB6, also known as serine protease inhibitor B6, is a member of the serpin superfamily, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of various proteolytic enzymes involved in cellular processes such as inflammation, apoptosis, and immune response. Recent studies have highlighted SERPINB6's potential involvement in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where altered serpin levels can impact disease progression and prognosis. The recombinant expression of SERPINB6 offers a powerful tool for understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions with proteases in vitro. This protein has garnered interest for its ability to modulate inflammatory responses and protect tissues from proteolytic damage. Furthermore, the generation of recombinant SERPINB6 can facilitate the development of therapeutic strategies and biomarkers, contributing to better diagnostic and treatment approaches for related diseases. Understanding SERPINB6's structure-function relationships is essential for elucidating its biological roles and potential applications in clinical settings. As research progresses, the implications of SERPINB6 in health and disease continue to be explored, making it a significant focus in proteomics and therapeutic development.
