稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C15orf24, a gene located on chromosome 15, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. Research suggests that C15orf24 may play a role in cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. However, its precise biological function and the mechanisms underlying its activity remain largely unexplored. Preliminary studies indicate that the protein encoded by C15orf24 could be involved in neurodevelopmental disorders and certain types of cancer. The lack of detailed molecular characterization and understanding of C15orf24 has prompted researchers to investigate its structure and function through recombinant protein studies. By producing and purifying a C15orf24 recombinant protein, scientists aim to elucidate its biochemical properties, interacting partners, and potential pathways in which it may be involved. This research is crucial for unraveling the role of C15orf24 in health and disease and may pave the way for the development of targeted therapeutic strategies. Overall, the investigation of C15orf24 represents a promising avenue in molecular biology, with the potential to contribute significantly to our understanding of complex biological systems and human health.
