稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C15orf21, also known as chromosome 15 open reading frame 21, is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 15 that has garnered attention due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Research into C15orf21 has revealed its involvement in cellular functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, linking it to important pathways in human health. In recent years, studies have suggested that alterations in the expression or function of C15orf21 may be implicated in certain cancers and neurodevelopmental disorders, highlighting the need for further investigation. The recombinant expression of C15orf21 protein is crucial for elucidating its structure and function, allowing researchers to explore its mechanisms of action in disease contexts. By producing the protein in a controlled environment, scientists can perform functional assays, structural analysis, and interaction studies, contributing to a better understanding of its biological significance. Given the increasing evidence connecting C15orf21 to pathological conditions, the development of recombinant protein-based studies holds promise for uncovering therapeutic targets and biomarkers, ultimately aiding in the advancement of precision medicine approaches tailored to diseases associated with this gene.
