Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CTF1, or Cell Cycle and Transcription Factor 1, is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of transcription and cell cycle progression. Its role has garnered significant attention due to its implications in cellular functions and potential links to various diseases, including cancer. Research indicates that CTF1 may play a pivotal role in the regulation of gene expression during different cellular states, influencing processes such as proliferation and differentiation. Understanding the structure and function of CTF1 is essential for elucidating its mechanism of action and its interactions with other cellular factors. Advances in recombinant protein technology, particularly in heterologous expression systems, have facilitated the production and characterization of CTF1. This has allowed researchers to explore the protein's biochemical properties and its functional roles in detail. By investigating the post-translational modifications and structural dynamics of CTF1, scientists aim to uncover its specific pathways in disease pathology and potential therapeutic angles. Given the importance of transcription factors in cellular regulation, CTF1 presents an intriguing target for both basic research and drug development, making it a focal point of study in molecular biology and oncology.
