Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRPF19, or Pre-mRNA Processing Factor 19, is a critical protein involved in the splicing of pre-mRNA, a fundamental process in gene expression regulation. It has been recognized for its essential role in the spliceosome, the cellular machinery responsible for the removal of introns from pre-mRNA transcripts. Mutations or dysregulation of PRPF19 have been linked to various human diseases, particularly retinal degeneration and some forms of cancer, highlighting its significance in maintaining cellular function. Research on PRPF19 recombinant protein is crucial for unraveling its precise mechanistic roles in splicing and cellular processes. Furthermore, understanding PRPF19's structural and functional characteristics through recombinant techniques can provide insights into its interactions with other spliceosomal components and regulatory factors. This knowledge is instrumental for developing targeted therapeutic strategies to address diseases associated with splicing defects. Hence, the study of PRPF19 recombinant protein not only enhances our comprehension of molecular biology but also opens new avenues for biomedical applications, making it a vital area of investigation in modern research.
