Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Pdia2, or Protein Disulfide Isomerase Family A Member 2, is a pivotal enzyme involved in the proper folding of proteins within the endoplasmic reticulum. Its role in facilitating the formation and rearrangement of disulfide bonds is critical for maintaining protein structure and function. Recent studies have highlighted Pdia2's involvement in various physiological processes, including cellular stress responses, apoptosis, and immune regulation. Dysregulation of Pdia2 has been associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. Research into Pdia2 recombinant protein aims to enhance our understanding of its structural properties, enzymatic mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. This knowledge could lead to novel therapeutic strategies that leverage Pdia2's function in cellular homeostasis and disease modulation. The production and characterization of Pdia2 as a recombinant protein allow for detailed studies, enabling researchers to explore its potential roles in both health and disease contexts. As such, Pdia2 serves not only as a key protein in cell biology but also as a promising candidate for targeted therapies in various pathological conditions.
