Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KNG1, or Kininogen 1, is a multifaceted protein that plays a crucial role in the kinin-generating system, which is involved in various physiological processes, including inflammation, blood pressure regulation, and pain sensitization. The study of KNG1 recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in understanding cardiovascular diseases, chronic pain, and other inflammatory conditions. Research has shown that KNG1 can influence bradykinin release, thereby modulating vascular permeability and contributing to the pathophysiology of various diseases. Additionally, mutations or variations in the KNG1 gene have been linked to altered susceptibility to certain diseases, making it a notable target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant production of KNG1 allows for detailed functional studies, providing insights into its structure-function relationships and facilitating the development of KNG1-based drugs or biomaterials. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying KNG1's role in health and disease can pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies and enhance our comprehension of the complex biological pathways that govern inflammation and vascular health. Consequently, ongoing research into KNG1 recombinant proteins is crucial for elucidating their potential roles in clinical applications and advancing medical science.
